lol! That's ok, bloody_kimono. I tend to type alot too when to comes to these rants. People are always bashing Kikyo because of the most dumbest resons. Kikyo is really misunderstood and she really isn't evil if you look deeper into the situation.

True true. I'm loving what I'm reading here *thumbs up* Couldn't have put it in any better words. It's pretty ridiculous to see the huge amount of ppl who misunderstand her. I do agree that RT is kinda torturing Kikyou badly and giving her all the crap. Hopefully, there'll be something in it for her at the end, *ahem* like *coughcough* Sesshoumaru..

You know how people hate kikyo for trying to take inuyasha to hell? I think the problem is that they use the word "Hell". First of all, Kikyou was such a good person, she shouldn't wind up in what he think hell is , burning for all eternity. Maybe the Japanese culture doesn't have a heaven, you know? I guess just the afterlife so they translate that to "hell". The word choice of "Hell" is so negative, so everyone subconciously takes it that kikyou wants inuyasha to be damned and burn in hell with her. I guess my point is that if they changed it to Kikyou wanting to take inuyasha to "heaven" or just the "afterlife", people woudn't hate kikyou as much....maybe.

The funny thing is, Naraku's name means hell. So Iguess the might have one over there in their beliefs. Or maybe the writers were trying to incorperate some other customs into it.

Hai hai, very true!!! And most of the time the person they're hating (and citing negative traits of) is revived Kikyou. If anyone hates Kikyou from her first life then I just don't understand it. Hating a woman who healed, played with kids, and was an highly skilled protectress of the most coveted jewel EVER seems rather odd to me (but then again I am biased ^^;; ).
